Kindly remove shoes as we request to keep the apartment shoe free 

No Smoking inside the property, but you may smoke on the balconies

No Parties or loud music 

EXTRA LINEN When using the sofa bed we charge €15.00 per set, unless booking for 5-6 people then there is no extra cost

EARLY / LATE CHECK-IN When possible and if requested in advance, an early check-in may be facilitated by contacting us to request the time Fee to be charged upon arrival:

CHECK-INs before 12:00: 50% of the daily rate

CHECK-INs between 12:00 & 15:00: €20.00 CHECK-INs from 15:00 onwards: No extra charge

*Keys will be left in the lock box and code will be given to you prior to arrival

CHECK-OUT When possible & if requested in advance, a late check-out may be facilitated by contacting us to request the time Fee to be charged upon departure:

CHECK-OUT until 15:00: €40.00 CHECK-OUT until 20:00: 80% of the daily rate

BAGGAGE STORAGE FEES You are welcome to leave your bags at the apartment after check-out by prior arrangement only at €1.50 per bag NB: Bags must be collected before the next guests check-in

EXTRA CLEANING DAYS Extra cleaning days can be requested by contacting us to request this and we inform you of the fee to be charged

EXTRA CLEANING FEE AFTER CHECK-OUT Please note that we get charged a penalty if the apartment is left in a mess or linen and towels are badly stained so we charge €40.00 to cover this if required KEYS

Please leave the keys in the apartment on your departure Any lost keys will be charged for at € 20.00 per key DETAILS GUESTS MUST KNOW No parking on property
